Our Butchery Head Office and main farm shop is found situated at the end of the farm drive. We have a full team of butchers with well over 40 years of experience between them.
Philip Thatcher heads the team here at Elms Farm Butchers, working closely with Simon Collington, who joined us here last July.
At the front of the shop, you will normally be greeted by Martyn Spencer, who has been with us for aover a year now. Martyn has a great passion for food and is in complete control of anything technical!!
All carcusses come into our coldrooms at Costock and are hung for the appropriate times before being broken down and distributed around to our other shops.
All sausages, burgers, bacon and ready made meals are made here on site at Costock.
