We have a floodlit 30m x 60m sand and rubber ménage, a horse walker and also offer countryside rides around the farm. We offer all year round turnout in individual paddocks. We also offer full and part livery packages.

Livery Packages

Elms Farm offers full and part livery services that can be tailored to your individual horse's needs. The team also offer holiday livery.

5-day part livery

Monday to Friday, includes mucking out, turning out, bringing in, changing rugs & picking out feet, plus all hay, feed and one bale of shavings a week. If you’d like any extra feed, we an accommodate, please note this will incur a supplementary cost We ask owners to poo pick their own paddocks.

7-day part livery

Includes mucking out, turning out, bringing in, changing rugs & picking out feet, all hay, feed and one bale of shavings a week plus field manure picking and routine farrier and vet visits.

7-day full livery

Includes mucking out, turning out, bringing in, changing rugs & picking out feet, all hay, feed and one bale of shavings a week plus field manure picking and routine farrier and vet visits. This package also includes daily grooming & tack cleaning, riding/exercising three times a week plus mane and tail pulling.

Schooling livery

Includes mucking out, turning out, bringing in, changing rugs & picking out feet, all hay, feed and one bale of shavings a week, daily grooming and tack cleaning plus field manure picking and routine farrier and vet visits. Schooling is between 4-7 times a week depending on the horse.

We're always happy to discuss extra services such as clipping, riding, and mane and tail pulling.

Putting welfare first

We always put the welfare of your horse first and offer the highest standards of care. If anything happens to your horse we’ll contact both you and the vet as necessary. We have a full list of dedicated, qualified professionals on hand including farriers, dentists, physios, vets and chiropractors. We run a strict worming programme and ask for all horses to be fully vaccinated for equine flu and tetanus before they come to us.

Jenny Brown BHSII (reg)

Molly Brown

Molly is at the beginning of her equestrian career. She currently holds her PC B test and is working towards her BHS Instructor qualifications. She is currently on the Advanced Certificate in Sporting Excellence run by Hartpury College. Molly competes in eventing, show jumping and dressage and was longlisted for the Pony European Eventing Team in 2017. She works on the yard as well as riding the liveries.
