Lambing takes place during the spring and is a favourite time of year for all at Elms Farm. All our ewes are lambed inside and our lambs are turned out on pasture as soon as they have bonded with their mother.

Lambs are reared slowly and naturally on a pasture and forage based diet producing a tender, flavoursome meat.
