Homegrown and grass-reared beef 

We produce our very own beef at Elms Farm Costock. When buying our Elms Farm Homegrown Beef, you have the assurance to know that our cattles enjoyed a great outdoor lifestyle as well as the lush grass of our land. We choose not to feed our livestock with grain as it is nether good for them or for the environment; instead we give them time to grow and mature at their own pace. 

We have a second range of beef from other British producers that is available in all our three shops. 

Tailored cuts and portions

Our butchers can tailor your cuts and portions to your desired requirements. We can also dry age our meat to your specific needs. Some of meat is kept in our fridge behind the ocunter, so please ask one of our butchers if you can't see what you are looking for in our fridge.
