Our Farm shop products includes fresh milk and dairy, fresh bread, free range eggs, cakes and biscuits, sauces and condiments and much more.

Our Butchery Head Office and main farm shop is found situated at the end of the farm drive. We have a full team of butchers with well over 40 years of experience between them.

Simon Collington and Oliver Bowler head the team here at Elms Farm Butchers, joined recently by Rich Short. Follow us on our social media to see their latest creations, as well as their in store competition to find the next best dish to wow our customers!  

All carcusses come into our coldrooms at Costock and are hung for the appropriate times before being broken down and distributed around to our other shops. All sausages, burgers, bacon and ready made meals are made here on site at Costock.

Taking pride in our producers, looking after our livestock, 

Here at Elms Farm, we produce our own Beef and Lamb. Our livestock enjoy an outdoor life and are given plenty of time to mature and finish around our grassland farm, only being brought indoors when the weather gets too wet.

They are fed insiled grass only while inside during the winter. We are a non-intensive farm and put the welfare of our animals first. When selecting other producers, we choose farmers who share our values and provide our clients with products that we are proud to sell.
