The Old Dairy has been recently renovated and finished in 2018. It was formerly a building which housed milking cows. Latterly it was used as a storage building for farm accessories.

It  has one double bedroom with a kingsize bed which can be changed to a twin room if required. It also has a spacious lounge that has a comfortable sofa bed for two extra guests. The Old Dairy has a good size bathroom with bath and shower and the cottage is clean, modern and airy throughout.

It’s a great place to stay if you’re attending a nearby celebration or event at the farm, or to serve as a base for your country break exploring the local area. The Old Dairy has a fully equipped kitchen complete with cooker, fridge freezer and washing machine.

We can supply all our guests with an Elms Farm welcome hamper filled with delicious local produce to enjoy during your stay. Available at an additional cost, please ask when booking.

Perfect for us. Had a lovely evening meal at The Generous Briton which is only a short walk away. We also bought a rib of beef from the farm shop which was delicious!! Plenty of really hot water and good water pressure in the shower. Very comfortable accommodation. We will certainly return.

Our award winning Farm and Butchers shop is just meters away from your cottage. We have delicious products from the farm, as well as our own beef and lambs, farm milk and free range eggs, fresh bread, dairy products, British cheeses, cakes and much more.

Neighbourhood description

We are set in a rural location nestled in between Costock and East Leake. There is a local pub in Costock called The Generous Britton and there are also a selection of shops and restuarants in East Leake, all within a 10 minute walk. There is a bus route going to Loughborough and Nottingham just a 10 minute walk away.
