All our cattle and sheep are fed on pasture diets including hay and silage. We grow them slowly in as natural an environment as possible and are striving for a sustainable farm with a zero-carbon footprint in the rearing of all our Elms Farm animals.
We believe in slowly rearing our animals and all our livestock is fed on as natural a diet as possible. We only supplement with compound feeds when absolutely necessary, which results in the most tender and flavoursome meat.
We now offer a "kill & cut" service in partnership with our local abbatoir and the kind folks at the Rare Breeds Survival Trust came to chat to us about our journey here as well as our plans for the future.
