Conservation management is at the heart of everything we do at Elms Farm, in both big and small things. The whole team is committed to maintaining the highest standards throughout the use of our farmland.

Our Breeds

All our cattle and sheep are fed on pasture diets including hay and silage. We grow them slowly in as natural an environment as possible and are striving for a sustainable farm with a zero-carbon footprint in the rearing of all our Elms Farm animals.

Butchery

For Christmas we are stocking local, free-range turkeys, cockerels and geese as well as our very own Elms Farm grass reared & finished, dry aged beef. Plus other locally sourced beef and home-grown, grass reared lamb. Free range outdoor reared Packington Pork joints and home cured gammons. We also have a full range of festive & traditional flavours of sausages, chipolatas, pigs in blankets and home dry-cured smoked & unsmoked bacon. Plus lots of other locally sourced artisan produce to enjoy over the Christmas holidays.
